Tracey Kloeckl-Jiménez Named Outstanding CLC Educator – Brainerd Dispatch

BRAINERD – Tracey Kloeckl-Jiménez is the 2022-23 Central Lakes College Board Outstanding Educator.

Kloeckl-Jiménez teaches German and Spanish at CLC. This honor includes nominations from students and peers, as well as a recommendation from a committee of CLC employees.

“Tracy’s dedication to students, her exceptional teaching, and the CLC’s mission to ‘build the future’ make her an outstanding candidate for this award,” CLC President Hara Charlier said in a statement. hurry. “Her compassion in the classroom helps her students feel connected and succeed.”

Kloeckl-Jiménez said she was honored to receive this recognition.

“We have extremely dedicated employees who support an exceptional educational experience for our students, and that makes this honor very humbling,” she said in a press release. “It is my calling to encourage students to enhance their own acquisition of another language/culture through language exposure, language study, supportive practice opportunities and authentic interactions. Kloeckl-Jiménez will represent CLC at the board awards ceremony later this spring and will be under consideration to be selected as one of several CLC Board Educators of the Year. State of Minnesota.
