The delegation was led by Andrey Ryumin, Managing Director of PJSC Rosseti. Key issues of Russia-China cooperation in the energy sector were discussed in the forum.
During the teleconference, during which intelligent control systems were discussed, it was noted that in the context of the transition to carbon neutrality and the implementation of new types of production and energy-saving technologies energy, we are faced with additional tasks to increase the flexibility, manageability and observability of the network. . Digital technologies can provide an answer to these challenges, but there are obstacles to their wider adoption.
Konstantin Kravchenko, Acting Deputy Managing Director for Digital Transformation at PJSC Rosseti, stressed that the digital solutions applied should be consistent and complement each other, while maintaining the correct processing and accumulation of data. However, the situation is complicated by the presence of legacy systems, created from the mid-twentieth century to different standards. Therefore, one of the most relevant issues is the harmonization of standards, which requires international cooperation.
Work related to the development of standardization systems carried out by the Rosseti Group:
in 15 years, more than 440 company standards have been developed, about 150 are in the process of being developed;
on this basis, national standards are developed: more than 30 – have been implemented, about 50 – are now in force;
in the last 5 years alone, the share of âdigitalâ standards has tripled (from 10% to 30%), which shows their relevance.
Another promising area of ââRussian-Chinese cooperation is the localization of the production of equipment and software.
In addition, a number of technological and organizational tasks must be addressed for the development of digital energy. This involves the development of reference architectures and business models, unified model libraries, ‘digital twins’ of equipment and systems, as well as the creation of grounds for testing compatibility and cybersecurity, a registry parts and components you can trust.
